grand entrance or when to cut the cake. Day-of coordination is for
the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the
entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the big day to
ensure everything runs smoothly. The package includes:
Planning Ahead:
- Complimentary initial consultation
- Site inspection of ceremony and reception site to
understand your plans and vision
- Creating a detailed timeline of the big day
- Confirm with all vendors and review vendor contracts
- Direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding
party

- Coordinate and organize details with all
vendors
- Oversee complete setup of ceremony and
rehearsal sites
- Distribute all final payments and gratuities
- Oversee proper placements of table cards,

bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting
- Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding
day with an additional assistant if needed
