Day of Coordination -

Day-Of Coordination - Complementary consultation
Relax and enjoy being the guest of honor at your own wedding! You shouldn’t have to be concerned with whether or not the vendors show up, if the centerpieces are on the tables, when to make your grand entrance or when to cut the cake. Day-of coordination is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. The package includes:

Planning Ahead:

  • Complimentary initial consultation
  • Site inspection of ceremony and reception site to understand your plans and vision
  • Creating a detailed timeline of the big day
  • Confirm with all vendors and review vendor contracts
  • Direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party


Wedding Day:

  • Coordinate and organize details with all vendors
  • Oversee complete setup of ceremony and rehearsal sites
  • Distribute all final payments and gratuities
  • Oversee proper placements of table cards, wedding favors, cake table, setup of gift table, guest book, etc.
  • Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting
  • Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day with an additional assistant if needed
  • Packing up gifts and seeing off the last guest to leave
